A few quick answers before you start slicing.
Upload a PNG or JPG up to 20MB (the same limit shown in the uploader). We recommend designs at typical email width (e.g. 600px or 1200px) for best results. Exports match your upload: JPEG stays JPEG, PNG stays PNG.
Yes. Email Snipper exports individual images you can drag into image blocks in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Constant Contact, or any e-commerce or email platform that supports images. Pro users can upload directly to their Klaviyo Image Library in one click.
Most slicing happens in your browser. If you sign in, we also save your design and slice layout to your account so you can reopen it later. We receive your images when you use features that need our servers—such as ZIP download, Advanced compression, or Pro Klaviyo upload—to package, optimize, or push files. Stored campaign data is removed automatically 7 days after your last edit, and you can delete campaigns yourself anytime.
Fast is instant and ideal for quick turnaround—great for most campaigns. Advanced (requires a free account) applies smarter optimization for smaller file sizes and faster email load times. Use Advanced when you want to minimize image weight without sacrificing quality.
One campaign is one email design you’re slicing—usually a single uploaded image. It counts toward your plan when you download your slices or a ZIP. Uploading, adjusting the footer, or trying different cuts first doesn’t use up a campaign by itself.
No. You can try it without signing up and complete up to 10 campaigns (each counts when you download). A free account includes 30 campaigns per month and Advanced compression. Pro adds higher limits, direct Klaviyo upload, and team features for agencies.
Campaigns are automatically deleted 7 days after your last edit. You can also delete any campaign manually from your history at any time. Once you download your ZIP or individual images, those files are yours to keep forever.
For paid Pro subscriptions, log in, open your profile menu, and choose Manage Billing. That opens a secure customer portal where you can update payment details, change plans, or cancel. Use the same email account you used when you subscribed. If you don’t see Manage Billing, your access may be on a complimentary plan—contact us if you need help.
